I'am planning to make a VPN connection. So i can go on the internet with my ipod touch. I just want to know if people can like hack onto your computer if they try to go on it?|||Well, as far as gaining access via an open port on a Windows machine? No chance unless you're running an ftp, telnet or some other kind of server.

A VPN is normally used to make secure connections to a local network from somewhere else. In other words, it actually makes hacking -harder-.
