How to find out if a VPN 3000 Series Concentrator has been configed correctly?

This is my first time working on a VPN 3000 Series Concentrator and im trying to see if it configed correctly but no really sure how to find out if it is or not, plus I'm wanting to create redundant VPNs if the main VPN for one site goes down, another concentrator will pick up that down VPN and bring it back up. Need help ASAP !!!!|||The best way to see if it is set up properly is to test it. Try to VPN into the system and see if everything is working properly.
