What's a good VPN that only needs a monthly subscription?

I'm going to China for vacation for a month and would love to still keep my facebook and youtube etc so I've been exploring VPN options but most of the VPN providers like WiTopia only offer yearly subscriptions which I don't want, I just want a monthly one.
