How do you set up a VPN network on a iPod touch through a school's wireless internet?

I was wondering on how I could set up a VPN on my iPod touch through my school's wireless routing internet system. Any suggestions?|||The iPod only supports PPTP and L2TP VPN's and both run on specific ports and are easily blocked. I doubt they would work. But here's how to do it if you want to try.
