How safe is using a VPN connection and using peerblock?

I'm using peerblock and connecting to a vpn server in the netherlands. How safe is it for downloading torrents. Is if possible to track me down?|||If they want to track you down you're toast. Fortunately it's a remote possibility.





But then the women who got fined 1.7 million dollars for downloading a hand full of songs is probably wishing she hadn't.|||I don't know why you would TORRENT a song when you can just go to beemp3 or one of the thousands of other sites ..
